The original prosecutor D. Calhoun who moved to the San Bernardino DA office told daughter of Lee and Nye that if Dawn and Lee kept pursuing this she would arrest 72 year old Lee for attacking Ty.
The sheriff report and Autopsy were kept from the family even after case closed. Internal affairs finally had to get involved and give them to the family. The request for autopsy photo, xrays and lab work denied. Mike Rushton refused to grant the request and said we had to go to court for it. I wrote a letter to Mike Rushton that based on the events of coverup and corruption we need to go to grand jury. He wrote back that we can but they do not share any information with the grand jury. Mike Rushton handled the case with the family after first encounter with D. Calhoun. Mike Rushton is now a judge and participated in full in the cover up.
