I looked up the names of the officers and Brian Floyd who Phil Reddish states in the audio helped him, and told him how and what to say for mutual combat. It does not look like it matches John Husbeths signature. That house was owned by a man who was 95 John Huspeth (Red) who Lee Frank knew since she was 16 years old. Red was blind and had a lady help GG the grocery girl who is Sheri Reddish got the house instead of Reds daughter. Its aledged that she was told she could have ten thousand dollars or nothing if she fought the transfer. Not having money to fight someone with a friend who is a ex-prosecutor she had no choice. Lee had told family that Red had called her and asked her to take him to a attorney within the last two weeks he was alive. He told her he was being told to sign papers and he was blind and did not know what he was signing. I noticed Diana Dimaggio is a attorney in Riverside County across from Rod Pacheco's office, she gets referrals for elders from the county. Her husband we were told was at the Reddish home in the evenings when Ty Reddish was let out of jail. Several times on the intenet I see the same names that were involved with this case at work, sports, social events, Pacheco, Schartz, Martinez, Floyd, Calhoun, Fajardo, Williams, Rodriguez, Phil Reddish spills the beans and tells all about it on the audio, then Ty Reddish during his interview with homicide detectives bends down to avoid the camera and says to the detectives do I say how I used these side guard ext judo moves and choked the old guy? The officers laugh with Ty. We got the pictures, audio, and reports from internal affairs. As Mike Rushton had told us we could not get a report for one year. Internal affairs said they only give the documents, they do not investigate. Phil and Sheri Reddish followed Lee Frank and family the first night her husband died and jumped out of their car to tell the people who had them as guest to not let Lee in their house. Then they proceeded to call every few minutes. The next day they harassed anyone who was seen to visit Lee Frank. The story of abuse is long and extensive but there is a abuse of a easy target the elderly of society with zero protection. Lee Frank is now harassed by Reddish family and there is not a restraining order because the DA closed the case as exceptional with no charges on Ty. Lee has lived in the area 30 years. Now Ty Reddish has a home being put two doors from Lee Frank. Somehow we are told he has been given the modular by the county. We have made complaints to officials and it has gone no where. Zero investigation. Nye Frank was a 68 year old elder, with his 72 year old wife and their bird when attacked. Nye has zero history of fighting. The Sheriff, Mike Rushton told the family Nye Frank had a heart attack and no injuries. When we contacted the coroner he stated he never reported Nye had a heart attack. We spoke to the coroner when the report was done and he reported it to the DA he told us as a homicide. The next day when I went to the DA office Daima Calhoun the prosecutor who came to our house the day Nye died, the audio has her on it meeting Phil Reddish first then came to our home to interview Lee Frank. She was so rude we complained about it. When I saw her she said she did not care what the coroner said. She told me that Ty was attacked by Lee and Nye. And that if Lee Frank and I pursued this she would arrest Lee. Now the autopsy says homicide at the bottom, with a natural cause of death. There was a email Sept. 19 to Homicide Dept. Jesse Martinez cstating cause of death as a natural cause of death. That day the final death certificate was sent also. We still were not given reports for months afterwards. Then the Press Enterprise was given the autopsy before us. We were told it was the prosecutors roommate boyfriend. We do not have that confirmed by was told that by the reporter himself. Even though the autopsy states no heart attack, it was put on front page of the Press Enterprise 5 months after Nye's death fist fight and heart attack. Both false statements.
