Dear Mrs. Frank,

My name is Mindy Flory. I am the wife of an Orange County Prosecutor that was going to run against Rod Pacheco in the June election. After meeting with Judge Paul Zellerbach, my husband, Mike has decided to pull out of the race and supprt Judge Paul Zellerbach to run against Pacheco.
I am a huge race fan, in fact I used to work for an oldie but goody Sterling Marlin! I have followed the disgraceful handling of Nye's case. I can't believe that this is going on.

Lee Frank April 24 at 8:54pm Hi Mindy this is Lee Franks daughter. My mom is 74 and not able to plus on the shy side now but I would be happy to help. The whole court situation we have endured is just what Paul Zellbach is talking about. Ty Reddish the man that attacked Nye was 27 professionally trained in wrestling and judo along with being a adult base ball pitcher. He was let out of jail in less than 24 hours, without a court hearing, not according to Federal Guidelines, and FBI rules. All victim rights denied, along with all Federally Funded services for victims denied. The case was closed exceptional, meaning really the killer or person who started a problem was killed. Nye Frank had a very public life and no history of fighting. The Sheriff and DA have refused to give a protection order even though the Reddish family of four stalked, and isolated Lee from support of the neighbors. Last time in Riverside Superior Court it said the real story - .
Lee Frank April 24 at 8:58pm Ty Reddish was represented in court by the same attorney group that the DA, Sheriff, Coroner, Supervisors are being represented by. It also was Brian Floyds brother who came to court for Ty Reddish. So the same attorney group that is representing the DA is representing Ty Reddish. The DA campaine managers brother .
