Example of this was when I called NOVA the national organization for victims and asked how we could get the autopsy and sheriff report. They insisted that the victim advocate should be handling that for us. They would not do anything untill they spoke to Kim and had her handle it.

The victims services were denied stating that 68 year old Nye Frank caused his own death. Ty Reddish the 27 year old professionally trained in wrestling, and adult base ball player. From the the victims report we came to know there was fraud in the file.

Ty said Nye attacked him after being coached by his dad. But Lee Frank said Nye never hit Ty Reddish and looking at him he does not look to have any marks. He states in the audio some marks he has on his arms are from work on the property clearing junk and trees off of it.

 THE ROLE OF VICTIM ADVOCATES IN ENSURING THAT CRIME VICTIMS RECEIVE THEIR RIGHTS 

Riverside District Attorney Office told family of Elder Nye Frank 68 years old that Riverside County did not have a Elder Victim Advocate.  Then same time Riverside County DA Rod Pacheco gets a National Award for Elder Advocacy.   

How much more does the public have to endure to have the corruption stop? Where is there justice for Nye and Lee Frank who are both over 65. Where is adult protective services? Why did the sheriff victims service admin. refuse to give help Mr. Dimaggio???  Victim advocate Kim Emmerling lying and not reporting the crimes in the DA office. Mike Rushton appointed to Judge after denying victims rights. No where for victims to turn in Riverside County for help. The Frank family wants justice and help. Attorney General Rubber stamped a denial of help.

Victims letter to FBI, and Goverment Controller questioning the Federal Funding of Fraud,  funds given to Riverside County to fund fraud to the public. Riverside County Victims Advocate represents that they have a elder victims advocate but denied that service and stated to Lee Frank 72 then that they did not have a elder victims advocate. Along with this they claimed that victims rights were not in writing for 5 months. Then after victims had rights in writing claimed they had never seen the rights and would have to prove them to be so. Channel Three tells that many citizens of Riverside County are denied rights and the Grand Jury investigation brings this  to light. The Riverside District Attorney  Rod Pacheco claims one thing and does another with public funds. I am not ok with this.
