The first time we saw Prosecutor Daima Calhoun she was at our house and talking so bad to my mother. "Lady is your brain working?" My mom was in shock from the experience of seeing Ty choking and beating her husband. 

She refused our request for her business card at the house. 

The next time I saw her it was at the District Attorneys office. I had just spoke to the Coroner as he got the lab work back and all results sent to Sheriff Martinez. He said it was reported Homicide and recommended to be investigated. Martinez told me it was reported Homicide and recommended to be investigated as a homicide. I asked Daima Calhoun what would be the next steps and she said she made up her mind at the site and did not care what the coroner said. 

Prosecutor Daima Calhoun then went on to say if my mother and I kept pursuing this she would arrest 72 year old Lee Frank. When I asked her for her card her reply was "Why?". 

The next day I called the coroner to see if I could get a copy of the report. He was talking to me but when I asked him to look at one of the test he stated he could no longer talk to me as there was notes to not talk to me in the computer. I asked him if that was normal and he said no. 

I complained about this to Chief DA Mike Rushton. I asked to have a lie detector test. She moved or was moved to the San Bernardino DA office. I read another recent case  case in the paper that she was accused of planting evidence. 

Daima Calhoun had gone to Ty Reddish home and met with Phill Reddish before going to Lee Franks house. Other attorneys have told me that is highly unusual. They said she can now be called as a witness. The other parties that were there have the same last name as a friend of Reddish 

mother and a past prosecutor of the Banning DA. 

Phil Reddish bragged to neighborhood that he has a good friend high up and nothing will happen to Ty about this. 

The DA, Sheriff and now Attorney general have refused to investigate. We hope with public help in writing our senate, and legislation we can get justice and protection for the Frank family.

Ty Reddish choked and killed senior, Ty trained wrestler by dad Norco high coach Phil Reddish.  He has wrestling awards. He tells in interview how he used very advanced wrestling moves the side guard. He got Nye Frank who he states he knows he is 68 by the head. 

Ty Reddish-In audio the detective ask Ty if Nye smelled like alcohol Ty replied no he smelled like dirt. 

Nye the night before he was killed stated how important his reputation was. He was starting a project for Steve Menzie of three Pro off road trucks with a three year contract to be crew chief. The contract was over a million dollars. Nye had just had a recent physical. He maintained our three acre apple orchard himself, and the property was in beautiful condition. No trash or debris on that property. Also he had just finished another home for him and Lee to move to. It was so nice to come to such a clean lovely property. He was a hard worker and had gotten up to move as a small group of us were there to help him. He was not going to waste time as he had to start the trucks Monday.

Reddish Dad Phil states in his own words he took advantage of the time waiting for Sheriff to call a friend to see what to do. He states that there was only one witness and in every thing we say it has some truth and some lie. He was able to get ahold of Brian Floyd he states who was his student in his goverment class, and was the chief deputy under DA Rod Pacheco when he was a assemblyman. ( I wonder if he is one of the 500k on payroll of DA instead of Rod hiring judges?)  He was Rod Pacheco, Sheriff Sniff, and Chp guy campagne manager. The first people on the site were two detectives and two minutes later the prosecutor Daima Calhoun who first in the audio is at the Reddish property and talks to Phil, then came to the Frank home. While at the Frank home she was very rude to Lee so much so that I called the DA office to complain about it. We were shocked she was asking "lady is your brain working?" , and asking her about her ex-husband. She made Lee take pictures like she was going to arrest her. 

Nye and Lee have never been arrested or in trouble with the law. But Ty has had many run in's per the neighborhood but his dad gets him out of it all the time.
