Rod Pacheco staff told 72 year old Lee Frank her husband 68 year old Nye Frank died of a heart attack. Lee Frank witnessed her husband beat, choked, jumped on in front of her even while he was passed out.
Autopsy says no heart attack. Coroner said no heart attack.
The day Nye Frank died the parents of Ty Reddish followed Lee Frank and Family to a home they were invited to for dinner to console them. The parents Phil Reddish and Sheri Reddish parked near the Franks home and followed them. They jumped out of their car when the Franks host stopped their car at their home. They insisted for the host not to let the Frank family in their house. Then they called every few minutes during the dinner. They then went door to door and spread false stories. They watched Lee Franks home and if anyone visited they made a call to their home to harass them.
Ty Reddish was let out of jail after 3 days, Homicide Investigator said not investigating because it was a heart attack. No drug test done on Ty Reddish, no bail, no telling judge in charge of his probation what happened. He and his family harass, and intimidate Lee Frank and neighbors. Sheriff department says they cannot do anything.
Riverside County DA Office, staff Mike Rushton and Victim Advocate Kim Emmerling told Lee Frank they do not have a Elder Victim Advocate. When Frank family saw article in paper and wrote Emmerling - she quit the next day.
