Blue Wall of Riverside County Sheriff and DA « Back to Nye Frank Homicide Coverup
Nye Frank Skin taken off, Ty Reddish 40 years younger, jumping on while passed out. Ty was on probation, but the Prosecutor at the site Daima Calhoun and Det. Jesse Martinez did not feel the need to drug test him. In sheriff audio recording Ty's dad Phil Reddish tells how he got Brian Floyd who had worked with DA Rod Pacheco to help him. Ty bends down to say how should he tell how he used wrestling moves to attack Nye Frank and choke him. The investigators laugh with Ty. Of course non of that is in the transcripts. Judge Ruston sealed the case and it was closed exceptional ( not investigated). The court records show no other cases open, even though Ty is on probation.
